Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Italian dishes of high quality, including handmade pasta and traditional recipes
- Steward daily kitchen operations, inventory management and cleanliness standards

Requirements & Eligibility
- Preferably a Certificate I - IV qualification
- Cooking experience of 2 years is preferred, and Italian cuisine experience of 2 years is preferred as well
- Work authorisation for Australia is preferred
