Its programme is varied: a bistro restaurant day to day, alongside frequent weddings, conferences, functions and live music events. The employer seeks 2+ years' experience in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to menu development for the bistro and the venue's event packages
- Lead the kitchen brigade and manage results within KPIs
- Support recruitment and strengthen the existing team
- Cultivate a positive working environment
- Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation, and direct bistro service
- Plan and deliver the venue's regular functions and events
Requirements & Eligibility
- 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity
- High emotional intelligence and strong people management
- Proven experience leading a fast-paced kitchen with a varied, multifaceted workload
- Attention to detail, quality control and a clear understanding of costing and profits
- Strong organisational and planning skills
