Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 12 months' previous experience as a Chef in a restaurant, café or commercial kitchen
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills, with strong presentation skills
- A good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
- The ability to manage time effectively and work composedly under pressure during busy service periods
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
