Whether you bake in Dubai, Doha or Riyadh today, this Baker role in Western Australia's South West could be a considered next move. A well-known bakery in a thriving coastal town is adding a Baker to its bread team, with Bunbury the nearest main city.
You would work beside the Bread Team Leader and the Production Manager, a setting suited to bakers who want to deepen their craft and take their career further. The week is clearly structured: 2am to 12pm, Monday to Thursday, 4 days and 38 hours, overtime when necessary, weekends your own.

Key Responsibilities
- Mix white doughs to the bakery standard
- Shape and bake sourdough using a three level bread oven
- Roll puff pastry
- Look after stock control
- Bring an understanding of fermentation to both sourdough and croissant dough
Requirements & Eligibility
- A demonstrated passion for creating quality products for the cabinet
- Experience working within a team
- Experience in preparation, service and kitchen management
- Prior volume bakery experience
- Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking, or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- HACCP experience desirable, alongside a strong emphasis on food hygiene
- Experience with a commercial bread oven
- A positive, energetic work ethic, adaptability and the ability to work very early
