Duty Manager

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $75,000 - $85,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Whether you manage a hotel restaurant in Dubai, Doha or Riyadh today, this Duty Manager opening could be a considered next move. A highly regarded hotel in one of Western Australia's most celebrated coastal settings, with Bunbury the closest main city, seeks a composed and motivated leader for its busy restaurant.

The role calls for presence on the floor. You would shape the guest experience, lead the front-of-house team through each service, keep a steady line to the kitchen and hold the operational detail together, from stock and rosters to cash, payroll and the cost of goods. It suits a manager who enjoys a lively venue and measures success in polished service.

This is a full-time, permanent appointment requiring availability on evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays. Sponsorship is considered for the right candidate.

A refined English CV that sets out your restaurant leadership and your RSA and related certificates will make the strongest first impression. Present your restaurant leadership in a CV made with Build AI CV before applying.
