The restaurant occupies one of Melbourne's most significant heritage dining rooms, set in a historic CBD laneway. Following a successful opening, it is expanding its management team and recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager alongside this position. Guests move between the dining room, the bar and a private room, and the kitchen cooks generous, produce-led dishes over charcoal.
The team is being assembled from people with a deep respect for quality, provenance and calm, genuine hospitality. Sponsorship is available for management positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Shape the culture, standards and rhythm of the new restaurant as part of its management team
- Lead front of house across the dining room, bar and private room so every guest is received with genuine warmth
- Uphold quality and provenance in the food presented to guests
- Hold the drinks served at the bar and in the private room to the same quality and provenance
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hospitality management experience at Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager level, with commitment to building and leading a new team
- A deep care for quality, provenance and genuinely welcoming hospitality
