The vision is a vibrant neighbourhood and sports venue anchored by a strong food offering. Renovations are planned across the hotel alongside expanded entertainment, and lunch and dinner are served every day across several areas.
The position is casual, covering lunch and dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays and either service on Saturdays and Sundays, with more hours anticipated as the venue matures. Applicants able to begin immediately will be strongly preferred, and the venue may be able to offer sponsorship opportunities to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present fresh, modern pub cuisine to a consistently high standard, safeguarding quality, presentation and service
- Partner with the Head Chef on daily kitchen operations while upholding food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
- Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Commercial kitchen experience paired with confidence across a busy service
- Reliable and punctual, with a great attitude and positive energy
- Comfortable working independently under the direction of the Head Chef
- Takes pride in delivering quality, consistent food and enjoys modern pub cuisine and fresh produce
- Performs well under pressure as part of a team, bringing a strong team attitude
- Flexible across lunch, dinner and weekend services
