You prepare and cook to a high standard under the direction of the senior chefs, keep the guest experience exceptional when service is fast, and bring your knowledge to budgets and menu development where you are strongest. Your roster rotates and includes weekends and public holidays.

Requirements & Eligibility
- A trade qualification together with at least 12 months of relevant experience, or, if not trade qualified, at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience across budgets and menu development within your area of expertise
- The discipline to follow direction and uphold high standards
- Enthusiasm for a fast-paced hospitality setting and a sincere passion for food
- An appetite to learn, develop and grow professionally
- Strong teamwork and communication
- A guest-first outlook and pride in your craft
- Flexibility for a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays
