A well-regarded venue for weddings, high tea and corporate events is appointing a Restaurant Manager to take complete operational charge.
The venue forms part of an established hospitality and events group with sites in Sydney and Canberra. Its manager sets the standard for service and presentation, develops the front-of-house team, and works in close partnership with the General Manager, the events team and the kitchen. Revenue, cost control and WHS and RSA compliance also sit with this position.
The schedule is built around nights and weekends. Sponsorship is available for this appointment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for weddings, high tea, corporate functions and private events
- Develop the front-of-house team, including rostering and training
- Partner with the General Manager, events and kitchen for seamless event delivery
- Maintain refined service standards and venue presentation
- Manage guest feedback with care
- Drive revenue, control costs and oversee compliance across WHS and RSA
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience in premium hospitality as a Restaurant, Venue or Events Manager
- A warm, approachable personality, comfortable with guests and the team
- Confident, hands-on leadership with full ownership of operations
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong organisational skills
- A sharp eye for detail
- Available to work nights and weekends, including every weekend, public holidays and peak event periods
