A 90-bed private hospital in Sydney, devoted to surgery and rehabilitation, is appointing full-time Registered Surgical Nurses. Its patients come largely from orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiac caseloads, and its inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs sit alongside a surgical ward.
This is a considered career step for a nurse drawn to both surgical and rehabilitation work. Day to day, the role asks for individualised clinical care, meticulous records that satisfy regulatory requirements, measured communication with doctors, allied health professionals, patients and families, and quiet leadership.
Sponsorship is considered, and full working rights are listed as essential; the opportunity is therefore open to nurses already in Australia who hold those rights.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration that remains current
- A minimum of 2 years in a hospital environment
- Surgical experience or rehabilitation experience
- Clear, effective written communication
