Key Responsibilities
- Dignified, holistic and culturally safe personal care, including showering, dressing, eating, mobility and communication
- Contribution to care planning and the delivery of therapy plans for people living with dementia
- Careful observation of residents, with progress reports and prompt escalation of any change in condition or concern about care
- Precise, appropriate and current records, and support for registered nurses within their scope of practice
