A growing hospitality group, operating several venues alongside a production kitchen, seeks talented and creative Pastry Chefs to craft the desserts and baked goods its clientele love. Positions range from Demi Chef to Sous Chef, in both full-time and part-time arrangements.
The setting is polished but demanding. You would work within energetic venue kitchens or the production kitchen, on a roster spanning days, nights, weekends and public holidays, where precision and creative finishing are expected on every plate and tray.
Employer sponsorship under the subclass 482 visa may be available for the right candidate who meets immigration requirements and is already living in Australia.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 2+ years' experience within a high-volume restaurant or production kitchen
- Certificate III in Patisserie, or an equivalent qualification
- Viennoiserie experience is held in high regard
- A capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A positive, team-minded attitude
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Genuine passion for quality ingredients
- The same genuine passion for creative execution
- Strong technical pastry skills and sharp attention to detail
- Currently living in Australia
