A considered career step for a chef who has earned the right to lead: a respected hospitality group in a period of growth is appointing a Head Chef to its waterfront restaurant of around 80 seats. The cooking is bold and modern Australian, presented as small and share plates and made in-house from local produce.
The appointment works closely with the owner on menu direction, then builds and trains the brigade and commands service from the pass. Hours are full-time, set on a 38-hour week. Established head chefs and senior sous chefs ready for a first head chef role will both be considered, with visa sponsorship open for discussion for the right person.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in modern Australian food with bold flavours, and an ease with grill and fire
- Experience leading a kitchen through busy service, together with knowledge of kitchen numbers and systems
