For hospitality professionals who have led busy venues in Dubai, Doha or Riyadh, a considered next move may be this Bar Manager / Duty Manager position in Perth, Western Australia. An expanding hospitality group is appointing a full-time, long-term leader for its bar and grill.
The role carries real responsibility: the smooth running of the venue each day, a well-led and well-trained bar and front-of-house team, and service that stays excellent. Stock, ordering, cash handling, opening and closing, rostering and cost control all sit with the position, along with compliance with RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements.
The group seeks a motivated professional with a minimum of 3 years in a busy pub, tavern, bar or hospitality venue. Subclass 482 sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth daily running of the bar and venue
- Lead, supervise and train a bar and front-of-house team
- Uphold an excellent standard of customer service
- Oversee stock control, ordering and inventory
- Manage cash and the opening and closing of the venue
- Ensure the venue meets RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements
- Support rostering, staff performance, cost control, functions, events and promotions
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years in a relevant hospitality management or supervisory capacity
- Strong skills in leadership and communication
- Experience in a busy pub or tavern environment, and a current RSA certificate
- WA Approved Manager accreditation, or a willingness to obtain it
- Availability for evening, weekend and public holiday work
- Reliability, professionalism and the capability to work independently
