Key Responsibilities
- Carry out repairs and upkeep on interiors and exteriors across the property portfolio
- Handle work that ranges from minor maintenance to assisting on large-scale construction projects
- Identify and report defects and maintenance issues
- Respond to tenant requests with speed and professionalism
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance and assist with building improvements
- Help develop practical, lasting maintenance solutions
- Keep work areas safe and tidy, maintain a high standard of work, and assist with supervising external trades as required
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in building maintenance, general repairs or a relevant trade
- Pride in your work, with strong attention to detail
- Confidence with tools and a practical approach to maintenance problems
- Reliable and proactive, comfortable independently or as part of a team
- Well presented, with clear communication towards tenants, colleagues and contractors
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on varied responsibilities
- A stable employment history and a wish for a long-term opportunity, plus availability for a rotating roster that includes Saturdays
